Toby Fox has a monthly article in Famitsu magazine called "Toby Fox's Hideout" (Toby Foxの秘密基地). This site has translations of the articles into English.
It should be noted that the Famitsu articles say that they have "translation" by 8-4. It could be the case that they are translated from Toby's English, but as Toby does speak Japanese, I wonder if this means they collaborate to make sure the writing is fluent, rather than the former...
